Purpose and scope

ARTICLE 1 – (1) This Regulation covers the rules to be followed and the principles and procedures regarding implementation by distribution companies, (Amended phrase: OG-9/10/2013-28790) assigned supply companies, and users regarding the continuity of supply, commercial, and technical quality of electrical energy.
